ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE New N-substituted 1-amino-3-phenoxy-propan-2-ols and their preparation are provided of the formula: Image in which R1 and R2 are hydrogen atoms or together represent a sulphur atom, an ethylene radical or a valency bond; B is a straight or branched chain alkylene chain containing 2 to 5 carbon atoms, and is unsubstituted or substituted by a hydroxyl group; and R3 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms; and the pharmacologically compatible salts thereof; the new compounds have valuable cardiac and circulatory properties.
