LIQUID SAMPLING DEVICE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A liquid sampling device comprising, a tubular section of flexible material having a wall defining a lumen for passage of liquid. The device has a flow control element comprising a rigid valve member positioned in the lumen of the tubular section, with the valve member having an outer sealing surface sealingly engaging against an inner surface of the tubular section. The tubular section deforms when squeezed from opposed directions against the valve member to permit passage of a liquid sample between the valve member and an inner surface of the tubular sec- tion.
