ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to the diastereoisomeric form A of 1-(4-chlorophenoxy)-1-(1-imidazolyl)-3,3-dimethyl-2-butanol of the formula (I) Image and the pharmaceutically-acceptable acid-addition salts thereof and methods for the preparation thereof.
