ABSTRACT This invention relates to a flexible bulk container formed from a woven fabric adapted to conduct static electricity. When connected to ground, the bulk container of the subject invention discharges static electrical charges from the contents of the bulk container; if not discharged, such static charges may ignite volatile container contents. The woven fabric is constructed of filaments of polypropylene interwovened with a conductive yarn such as carbon fibre. A conductive connection means such as copper braid connects the conductive yarn to a node on the container which can be electrically grounded.
