ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The disclosure relates to a hinge for articles of furniture such as kitchen cabinets, closets and the like. The hinge includes two base elements and first and second pairs of links pivotally coupled to one another and to the base elements. The hinge is biased towards its closed position by a C-shaped spring which is stressed to a progressively increasing extent as the hinge opens.
