ABSTRACT An electrical demand limiting system is disclosed in which a DC signal proportional to the total power demand averaged for a given interval of time is compared with a plurality of preselected demand limits. Each demand limit is a percentage of the total permissible power demand. A plurality of loads are sequentially switched from each of the demand set points over a predetermined time period.
