LOGICAL NOR BIPOLAR PROGRAM LOGIC ARRAY Abstract The inverter between the AND array and the OR array in the prior art bipolar emitter coupled logic program logic array (PLA) arrays is eliminated by isolating each product term in an epitaxial tub and placing a resistor between the common collectors in that tub and the collector voltage. The collector node of the pro- duct term then becomes the output signal source which is inherently inverted and therefore may form the direct input to the OR array. MA9-78-006
