DIAPER INSERT ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A disposable diaper insert for use with a dis- posable or non-disposable diaper for added absorbency comprised of, in combination, at least one absorbent pad disposed between a liquid impermeable topsheet and a liquid impermeable bottom sheet, each of said sheets being formed from a hydrophobic material such as a thermoplastic film and each of said films being characterized by a plurality of valvular apertures or valvular openings therein and a system of dimples disposed across the surface thereof.
