DISPLAY UNIT ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A multi-sided display unit for fastening to a free standing post or pillar has a set of vertically disposed elongated display supporting panels forming the sides of the display boxing. Upper and lower end plates span the end of the panels and have mutually aligned apertures and one of the panels is readily removeable to facilitate the lateral introduction of the post or pillar into the boxing in surrounding relationship in the end plate apertures, the post being introduced from its longitudinal side. The apertures are closed around the post and the display unit is fastened at any desired height to the post.
