ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Improved copolyamide resin composition derived from mixed acids (a polymeric fatty acid and short-chain dibasic acid) and mixed amines (a polyoxyalkylene diamine and a short-chain diamine) are provided herein. These resin composition are useful as a fat-melt reinforcing adhesive for flexible materials. Hence they are particularly useful as box-toe construc- tion resins.
