KINETIC LATEX AGGLUTINOMETRY ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In dilute suspensions under constant agitation, the rate of aggregation of antibody-coated latex particles as measured by increases in light transmission was found to be a function of antigen concentration. This invention discloses an immunoassay technique in which both antigen and antibody concentrations may be determined by use of latex agglutination aggregometry.
