A B S T R A C T The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for continuously removing moisture from especially compressed air. The compressed air is brought to pass a moisture-absorbing re- generatable agent in a plurality of drying towers. Said drying towers being alternatively connectable to said flow of air so that drying towers not in use could be subjected to a regeneration process and cooled before reuse.
