PRECIS DE DILVUGATION La présente invention a pour objet un procédé d'extra- tion de peaux embryonnaires de veaux comprenant essentiellement les étapes de broyage, d'extraction, de séparation et de lyophi- lisation, caractérisé par le fait que l'étape d'extraction est réalisée pendant au moins 3 heures à l'aide d'une solution aqueu- se ayant un pH acide et à une température comprise entre 60°C et 75°C. Les peaux embryonnaires de veaux ainsi extraites sont uti- lisées comme compositions cosmétiques et pharmaceutiques dues entre autres à leur activité anti-inflammatoire et cicatrisan- te.
