ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The specification describes a horizontally movable sound absorption wall comprising one or more sound absorption panels each panel supported by a top frame member of a frame extending around the outer edge of each sound absorbing panel wherein each top frame member has a cross-sectional U-shape having one or more depending lip portions; at least one hanger attached to each top frame member wherein the hanger has a horizontal portion, one or more vertically depending connection portions depending vertically downward from the horizontal portion with said vertical dependent connection portions having one or more support portions comprising inwardly and upwardly formed portions of the vertically depending connection portion wherein said support portions engage depending lip portions of top frame members to support panels thereby; a supporting track; guiding means for guiding movement along the track; and connecting means for attaching the hanger and the guiding means to enable the panel to be moved in a path along the track.
