METHOD FOR ADHERING COMPONENTS PLATFORM TO CATHODE-RAY TUBE AND PRODUCT THEREOF ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cathode-ray tube with a platform adhered to the external surface of the tube by at least one mass of solidified thermoplastic adhesive and at least one mass of irreversibly-hardened adhesive. The method includes apply- ing masses of liquid thermoplastic and liquid irreversibly- hardenable masses between the platform and the tube surface, and then solidifying each of the adhesive masses. - 1 -
