ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An antistatic surfacing material comprises a curable synthetic resin, such as a polyepoxide, polyester or polyurethane, and 1g - 20g, per liter of total composition, of metal fibers having a length of 1.5-10 mm and an average diameter of at most 25 µm. The use of such very fine fibers in short lengths result in materials the electrical conductivities of which are consistent in successive batches.
