SKIN PROTECTIVE DEVICE Abstract of the Disclosure A skin protective device, which includes one or more resiliently deformable mounting members capable of deforming to the contour of selected skin areas situated near the skin area to be protected. In use, the mounting members are secured to the selected skin areas. One or more substantially rigid protective elements, forming an air permeable protective barrier, are mounted on the mounting members so that the air permeable protective barrier extends over and is spaced away from, the skin area to be protected.
