ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A double-duty diaper characterized by a main moisture absorbent diaper having an auxiliary insert strip of moisture absorbent material laid thereover. The strip embodies means to facilitate its being rolled or folded and has a pull-tab on one edge to facilitate removal of the strip from association with the main diaper while the latter is being worn. Means is also provided to insure maximum distribution of moisture throughout the strip without spill-over.
