Abstract of the Disclosure Thin-walled ingot mould for the continuous casting of molten metal products comprising an internal tubular member defining a passage for the cast product, an external steel casing and means to join said internal member and the steel casing to- gether. The internal tubular member has on its exterior surface grooves defining fillets for tying in the joining means. The ex- ternal casing has on its interior surface fillets fitted into the grooves of the internal tubular member in such a way as to provide between said grooves and said corresponding fillets passages for the cooling liquid of the ingot mould. This ingot mould is particularly convenient for casting any molten metal product having a rectangular cross-section and notably for the continuous casting of slabs.
