PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: Nouveaux dérivés de la céphalosporine de formule générale (I): Image (I) dans laquelle R1 est un hydrogène, un radical acétoxy, azido ou un reste hétérocyclylthio ou hétérocyclylcarbonylthio choisi parmi les radicaux (thiadiazol-1,3,4 yl-2)thio éventuellement substitué, (tétrazol-1,2,3,4 yl-5)thio éventuellement substitué en position 1 ou 2, (triazol-1,2,4 yl-3)thio, (méthyl-4 thiazol-1,3 yl-2)thio, (méthyl-3 thiadiazol-1,2,4 yl-5) thio et (thiadiazol-1,2,3 yl-4) carbonylthio, et R2 représente un radical carboxy ou un radical de formule générale (II): Image (II) dans laquelle R3 est un hydrogène ou un radical alcoyle et R4 est alcoyle ou cyclohexyle, ou bien R1 représente le radical pyridinio et R2 représente l'ion carbocylato, ainsi que leurs sels métalliques et sels d'addition avec les bases azotées, leur préparation et les compositions thérapeutiques gui les con- tiennent. Ces dernières compositions sont particulièrement utiles dans le traitement des affections bactériennes.
