A B S T R A C T A multi-compartment sump or reservoir, method of constructing same and forming apparatus for use in constructing same are described. The sump is provided with a frame extending above the tops of the walls of the sump and generally parallel to the top for facilitating installation of the sump under a building floor or the like. The frame is conveniently made of angle irons attached to the top of the sump by means of support posts embedded in the concrete walls of the sump. The forming apparatus is particularly adapted to the construction of this sump. The sump is conveniently provided with pre-installed pipe couplings.
