ABSTRACT A method of continuously supplying slide frame blanks to a transparency mounting device, comprising the steps of: forming multiple lengths of the frame blanks into fan-folded layers, joining one length of the fan-folded frame blanks to another so that the joined lengths are connected in series, and supplying the thus joined lengths to the mounting device in continuous form. The invention also includes a frame blank assembly for use with this method, the assembly comprising a slide frame blank assembly for use in a transparency mounting. device, the assembly comprising a plurality of slide frame blanks joined edgewise in series and fan-folded into layers at regular intervals so as to form a regular stack of jointed adjacent lengths of frame blanks.
