ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A connecting member is used in interconnecting elongated structural components having openings in their ends. The connecting member includes projecting spigot mem- bers adapted for engagement in the openings, and a cover portion is adapted to extend over portions of the outer sur- faces of the interconnected components to conceal the joint between them.
