PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation de nouvelles oxadiazines choisies dans le groupe constitué par: a) les oxadiazines de formule générale (Ia): Image (Ia) dans laquelle les symboles X et Y, identiques ou différents, repréentent un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, un radical nitro, un radical trifluorométhyle, un radical alcoylthio ayant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, R représente un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alcoyle ayant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, un radical phényle, un radical benzyle ou un radical hydroxyméthyle, étant entendu que ou bien l'un au moins des radicaux X ou Y représente un radical alcoylthio ayant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, ou bien R représente un radical benzyle ou hydroxyméthyle, et b) les oxadiazines de formule (Ia'): Image (Ia') dans laquelle lorsque R2 représente un radical méthyle, R3 représente un radical phényle substitué soit par des atomes de chlore en 2' et 4' ou en 3' et 5', soit par un radical trifluorométhyle en 3' et un radical nitro ou un atome de chlore en 4', soit par un radical nitro en 3', lorsque R2 représente un radical phényle, un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical n-pentyle, R3 représente un radical phényle substitué par des atomes de chlore en 3' et 4'. Les composés de l'invention sont doués d'une remarquable activité anti-androgène; plus particulièrement par voie locale.
