ABSTRACT A process for the manufacture of free-flowing pulver?lent rubber which can be manufactured by emulsifying rubber solutions in water contain- ing emulsifiers and by precipitating the rubbers from the emulsions and dry- ing them, if use is made of a solution of rubbers containing crystalline or thermoplastic components which are arranged in the form of a block. These rubber solutions are emulsified in water in the presence of emulsifiers. The emulsions are introduced continuously into hot water, optionally contain- ing a precipitant. The rubber solvent is at the same time continuously dis- tilled off and the rubber thereby produced in a finely divided form is separ- ated from water and dried within a certain temperature range. Unlike known processes, the process of this invention can be extended to the manufacture of filler free mixtures.
