ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method of and apparatus for blow molding an article having barrier properties from an expandable tube of thermoplastic synthetic resinous material. A mixture of fluorine and inert gas is introduced to the interior of the tube before it is enclosed within a mold, and an inert gas is employed as the blowing medium.
