Abstract This invention relates to novel N-alkoxy-2,6- dinitro-N-substituted-4-substituted anilines of the formula Image Formula I wherein R1 is methyl or ethyl; R2 is hydrogen, C1-C3 alkyl or C3-C4 alkenyl; and R3 is methyl, ethyl, isopropyl or trifluoromethyl. The compounds are herbicides.
