ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A dynamic internal fitting system with a movable foot bed mounted in the interior of a ski boot is disclosed for controlling foot movement in the boot. The movable foot bed is hinged at its toe to the sole of the boot by a hinge. The opposite end of the foot bed is coupled to an adjusting buckle by means of a cable. A pair of adjustable strap members are provided for engaging the upper surface of a skier's foot. Both the position of the foot bed and the straps may be varied for adjusting the fit of the boot. In use, as the cuff is moved toward the toe of the boot, the foot bed is raised, tightening the fit of the boot. When the cuff is moved toward the heel of the boot, the foot bed is lowered in the boot, loosening the fit of the boot.
