Abstract of the Disclosure Hydantoin diacrylate compounds of the formula Image wherein R1 is hydrogen, alkyl containing 1 to 8 carbon atoms; R2 is alkyl containing 5 to 8 carbon atoms: each of R3 and R4 independently are hydrogen or methyl and a n each represent an integer of from 1 to 30 are prepared. The diacrylate compounds are liquid at room temperature, easily processable as adhesives, casting and laminating resins and when cured possess excellent resistance to water.
