ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a sheet for use as a support in a reinforced structure, said sheet being provided with a set of adhesion projections consisting of strips punched and bent out from the thin sheet, the strips thereby produced being bent to project from the plane of the thin sheet so that the strips have an extension perpendicular to the principal plane of the sheet of the same order of magnitude as an extension substantially parallel to the principal plane of the sheet.
