ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Amdino-phosphoric acid thiol esters of the formula Image (I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or cyclopropyl, R2 represents C3 to C5-alkyl, R3 represents methyl or ethyl and Z represents oxygen or sulfur, are useful as active ingredients in pasticidal compositions contain- ing them. They are used for combating insects, Acarins, octoparasites and particularly nematodes.
