ABSTRACT: Hinge-lid cigarette pack with a collar set back inwardly from the front wall by a Z-shaped fold comprising an intermediate strip separated from the lower edge of the collar by a parting cut extend- ing along the major part of the length of the intermediate slip and being connected at Z-folded residual connections. These residual connections are delimited relative to the collar front wall by per- foration cuts running approximately transversely of the parting cut. This facilitates manufacture of the pack, as the relatively narrow residual connections can be folded relatively easily.
