ABSTRACT The invention relates to a pressostat comprising a housing, operating bellows, auxiliary bellows surrounding same, both bellows being closed by a movable base and held fixed with respect to the housing at the other end, and a spring-biassed servo-element connected tot he bellows bases either rigidly or by a force connection, wherein an operating chamber bounded by the operating bellows is under operating pressure and an outwardly closed monitoring chamber bounded by both bellows is under lower, preferably sub-atmospheric monitoring pressure.
