The invention relates to a compound having general formula (I), wherein: R represents a hydrogen atom or a vinyl group; n represents 0, 1 or 2; X represents a groups having formula CH or a nitrogen atom; R¿1? represents a phenyl or naphthyl group, or a cyclohexyl group, or a heteroaryl group; R¿2? represents a hydrogen atom, or one or more substituents selected from among the halogen atoms and the trifluoromethyl, alkyl, alkoxy, thienyl, phenyloxy, hydroxy, mercapto, thioalkyl, cyano groups or a group having general formula -NR¿4?R¿5?, SO¿2?NR¿4?R¿5?, -SO¿2?-alkyl, -SO¿2?-phenyl, -CONR¿4?R¿5?, -COOR¿7?, -CO-alkyl, -CO-phenyl, -NHCOR¿8?, -NHSO¿2?-alkyl, -NHSO¿2?-phenyl and -NHSO¿2?NR¿4?R¿5? or a divalent group having formula -OCF¿2?O-; and R¿4? and R¿5? each represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group or R¿4? and R¿5?, together with the nitrogen atom bearing same, form a pyrrolidine, piperidine or morpholine ring. Compounds having formula (I) have a unique activity as specific inhibitors of glyt1 and/or glyt2 transporters.

Composé de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe vinyle ; n représente 0 ou 1 ou 2 ; X représente un groupe de formule CH ou un atome d'azote ; R1 représente soit un groupe phényle ou naphtyle, soit un groupe cyclohexyle, soit un groupe hétéroaryle ; R2 représente soit un atome d'hydrogène, soit un ou plusieurs substituants choisis parmi les atomes d'halogène et les groupes trifluorométhyle, alkyle, alcoxy, thiényle, phényloxy, hydroxy, mercapto, thioalkyle, cyano ou un groupe de formule générale -NR4R5, SO2NR4R5, -SO2-alkyle, -SO2-phényle, -CONR4R5, - COOR7, -CO-alkyle, -CO-phényle, -NHCOR8, -NHSO2-alkyle, -NHSO2-phényle et - NHSO2NR4R5 ou un groupe divalent de formule -OCF2O- ; R4 et R5 représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle ou R4 et R5 forment avec l'atome d'azote qui les porte un cycle pyrrolidine, pipéridine ou morpholine. Les composés de formule (I) présentent une activité particulière comme inhibiteurs spécifiques des transporteurs de glyt1 et/ou glyt2.
