Abstract of the Specification The present invention provides new 0-(1-fluoro-2-halo-ethyl) (thiono)phosphoric(phosphonic) acid ester-amides of the formula Image in which R and R1 independently represent hydrogen or alkyl or R and R1 conjointly with the nitrogen atom form a heterocyclic ring which can optionally be interrupted by further hetero-atoms. R2 represents Image , alkoxy, halogenalkoxy or alkyl, Hal represents chlorine or bromine and X represents oxygen or sulphur. The invention also provides a process for their production. The 0-(1-fluoro-2-halo-ethyl)(thiono)phosphoric(phosphonic) acid ester amides are used as insecticides, acaricides and nematocides.
