ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to novel diphenyl-butyl- mono- or di-(C3-C4)alkylamines and to a process for the preparation thereof by reacting 1,1-diphenyl-4-substituted- butane with a mono-or di-(C3-C4)alkylamine or by hydrogenating 1,1-diphenyl- mono- or di-(C3-C4)alkylaminobutene, and if desired, forming the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The product compounds have anti-arrhythmia activity.
