The invention relates to 1,2,3-thiadiazole carboxylic acid (thio)esters of the formula (I), in which A is a single bond or alkane diyl substituted optionally by aryl or aryl halide, wherein the alkane diyl chain can be broken by oxygen or sulphur, or is alkene diyl substituted optionally by aryl or aryl halide, wherein the alkene diyl chain can be broken by oxygen or sulphur, or is alkane diyloxy substituted optionally by aryl or aryl halide, wherein the sulphur atom is bound to the radical R2, or is alkane diylthio substituted optionally by aryl or aryl halide, wherein the sulphur atom is bound to the radical R2; R1 is hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl or optionally substituted aryl; R2 is optionally substituted heterocyclyl; and Q is oxygen or sulphur. The invention also relates to the acid addition salts and metal salts complexes of said esters, and a process for the preparation of the novel substances and the use thereof for the protection of plants from attack by undesirable micro- organisms and for the control of animal pests.
L'invention concerne des (thio)esters d'acide 1,2,3-thiadiazolcarboxylique de formule (I), dans laquelle A représente une liaison simple, ou alcanediyle éventuellement substitué par aryle ou halogénure d'aryle, la chaîne alcanediyle pouvant être interrompue par oxygène ou soufre, ou représente alcènediyle éventuellement substitué par aryle ou halogénure d'aryle, la chaîne alcènediyle pouvant être interrompue par oxygène ou soufre, ou représente alcanediyloxy éventuellement substitué par aryle ou halogénure d'aryle, l'atome d'oxygène étant lié au radical R?2¿, ou représente alcanediylthio éventuellement substitué par aryle ou halogénure d'aryle, l'atome de soufre étant lié au radical R?2¿; R?1¿ représente hydrogène, alkyle éventuellement substitué ou aryle éventuellement substitué; R?2¿ représente hétérocyclyle éventuellement substitué et Q représente oxygène ou soufre. L'invention concerne également les sels d'addition d'acide et les complexes de sels métalliques desdits (thio)esters d'acide 1,2,3-thiadiazolcarboxylique, ainsi qu'un procédé de production de ces nouvelles substances et leur utilisation pour protéger les végétaux contre l'attaque de micro-organismes indésirables et pour lutter contre les parasites animaux.
