Abstract of the Disclosure New 1,2,4-thiadiazoles substituted with a phosphorus containing radical and corresponding to the formula Image are disclosed. In this formula R1 is alkyl or alkoxy, R2 represents alkoxy, alkylthio, amino, alkylamino, or di- alkylamino, R3 stands for hydrogen, alkyl, aralkyl or cyclo- alkyl, and X is oxygen or sulphur. Such compound may be manufactured according to known methods and exibit a pesticidal especially an insecticidal and acaricidal activity.
