The invention relates to compounds of the formula (I), wherein A is a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon chain having a chain length of 4 to 6 carbon atoms, the hydrocarbon chain being unsubstituted or substituted by 1, 2 or 3 methyl groups; R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C3alkyl and fluorinated C1- C3alkyl; R2 is hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C1-C3alkyl, C1-C3alkoxy, fluorinated C1-C3alkyl or fluorinated C1-C3alkoxy; R3 is selected from the group consisting of branched C4-C6alkyl and C3-C6cycloalkyl, and R4 is C1-C6alkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, fluorinated C1- C3alkyl and fluorinated C3-C6cycloalkyl. and the phys-iologically tolerated salts of these compounds and the N-oxides thereof. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition that comprises at least one compound of the formula (I) and/or at least one physiologically tolerated acid addition salt thereof, and furtherto amethod for treating disorders that respond beneficially to dopamine D3receptor antagonists or dopamine D3agonists, said method comprising administering an effective amount of at least one compound or physiologically tolerated acid addition salt of the formula (I) to a subject in need thereof.
La présente invention concerne des composés de formule I : dans laquelle A représente une chaîne hydrocarbure saturée ou insaturée présentant une longueur de chaîne de 4 à 6 atomes de carbone, la chaîne hydrocarbure étant non substituée ou substituée par 1, 2 ou 3 groupes méthyle; R1 est choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un atome d'hydrogène, d'un groupe alkyle en C1 à C3 et alkyle en C1 à C3 fluoré; R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène, d'halogène, un groupe cyano, alkyle en C1 à C3, alcoxy en C1 à C3, alkyle en C1 à C3 fluoré ou alcoxy en C1 à C3 fluoré; R3 est choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un groupe alkyle en C4 à C6 ramifié et cycloalkyle en C3 à C6, et R4 représente un groupe alkyle en C1 à C6, cycloalkyle en C3 à C6, alkyle en C1 à C3 fluoré et cycloalkyle en C3 à C6 fluoré, et les sels tolérés sur le plan physiologique de ces composés et leur N-oxydes. L'invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique qui renferme au moins un composé de formule I et/ou au moins l'un de ses sels d'addition d'acide tolérés sur le plan physiologique, ainsi qu'une méthode de traitement de troubles qui répondent de manière bénéfique à des antagonistes du récepteur dopaminergique D3 ou à des agonistes du récepteur dopaminergique D3, ledit procédé comprenant l'administration d'une quantité efficace d'au moins un composé ou d'un sel d'addition d'acide toléré sur le plan physiologique de formule I à un sujet en ayant besoin.
