The present invention relates to a chromatographic adsorbent for selectively adsorbing IgG, comprising the following formula (I) and its corresponding enol- form, wherein X represents O, S, or NH; R1 represents H, C1-6 alkyl, C1- 6alkoxy, C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl, Ar, -C(O)NHR3, -C(O)-R3 or halo; R2 represents H, C1-3 alkyl or halo; R3 represents H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1- 6 alkoxy-C1-6alkyl or Ar; n represents 0, 1, 2 or 3; Y represents a carrier. The present invention also relates to a method of producing said adsorbent as well as use thereof for separating substances by affinity chromatography.
La présente invention concerne un adsorbant chromatographique d'adsorption sélective d'IgG, comprenant la formule suivante (I) et sa forme énol correspondante, dans laquelle X représente O, S, ou NH; R1 représente H, C1-6 alkyle, C1-6alkoxy, C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6alkyle, Ar, -C(O)NHR3, -C(O)-R3 ou halo; R2 représente H, C1-3 alkyle ou halo; R3 représente H, C1-6 alkyle, C1-6alkoxy, C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6alkyle ou Ar; n représente 0, 1, 2 ou 3; et Y représente un support. La présente invention concerne également une méthode de production dudit adorbant, ainsi que l'utilisation de celui-ci dans la séparation de substances par chromatographie d'affinité.
