ABSTRACT New derivatives of 1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazin-3- ones and their salts, useful as psychotropic, anti-inflammatory and hypotensive agents, have the general formula Image wherein R1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; and R2 is the group Image wherein R3 and R4 each is hydrogen, lower alkyl or (hydroxy)lower alkyl or R3 and R4 together with the nitrogen form one of the heterocyclics pyrrolidine, piperidine or piperazine unsubstituted or substituted with lower alkyl or (hydroxy)lower alkyl; and physiologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
