PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: Les dérivés du dithiole-1,2 répondant à la formule générale: Image (I) dans laquelle Het représente un radical pyridazinyl-3 ou pyrimidinyl-2, -4 ou -5, substitué ou non par un radical alcoyle contenant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone ou dialcoylamino dont chaque partie alcoyle contient 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, sont obtenus par réaction du pentasulfure de phosphore sur un composé hétérocyclique de formule générale: Het - CO - CH2 - COOR (II) ou Image (III) dans lesquelles Het est défini comme ci-dessus, R représente un radical alcoyle contenant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone et les symboles R', qui sont identiques, représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un atome de métal alcalin ou un radical alcoyle contenant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone ou forment ensemble un radical alcoylène contenant 2 à 4 atomes de carbone. Les dérivés de formule générale (I) présentent des propriétés chimiothérapeutiques remarquables. Ils sont particulièrement utiles comme anti- bilharziens.
