Oxadiazole derivatives represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1 represents hydrogen or an amino-protecting group; and R2, R3, and R4 each independently represents alkyl, cycloalkyl, optionally substituted phenyl, or 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl, provided that R3 and R4 may in combination represent C2-6 alkylene); and a process for producing an oxadiazole derivative represented by general formula (II) (wherein all symbols have the same meanings as the above) from any of the derivatives represented by general formula (I). By the process, a compound represented by general formula (II) can be produced in high yield through a smaller number of steps.

Cette invention concerne des dérivés d'oxadiazole représentés par la formule générale (I) (dans laquelle R?1¿ représente l'hydrogène ou un groupe aminoprotecteur ; et R?2¿, R?3¿, et R?4¿ sont chacun alkyle, cycloalkyle, éventuellement substitués phényle, ou 3,4 méthylènedioxyphényle, à condition que R?3¿ et R?4¿ puissent en combinaison représenter un alkylène en C¿2-6?. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant d'obtenir n dérivé d'axadiazole représenté par la formule générale (II) (dans laquelle tous les symboles ont la même signification que ci-dessus) à partir de l'un quelconque des dérivés représentés par la formule (I). Grâce à ce procédé, il est possible d'obtenir, à fort rendement et pour un nombre réduit d'opérations, un composé de formule (II).
