ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to novel substituted 1,3- diphenyl-2-trichloromethyl-imidazolidines and acid addition salts thereof as well as to processes for their production. The compounds according to the invention show good insecticidal and acaricidal activity. Processes for the production of the novel compounds are described and examples of certain of the novel compounds are given. Pesticidal compositions according to the present invention are described and exemplified.
