ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Derivatives of 1,3-thiazolidine having the formula: Image wherein R represents the group Image in which R3 is a C1-C3 haloalkyl having from 1 to 3 halogen atoms, phenyl or phenyl sub- stituted by 1 to 3 substituents selected from C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, nitro, trifluoromethyl or halogen; R1 represents a hydro- gen atom, methyl or phenyl; R2 represents a C1-C8 alkyl, C5-C6 cycloalkyl, cyclohexylmethyl, phenyl, benzyl, allyl, propargyl or benzyl or phenyl substituted by 1 to 3 substituents selected from C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, nitro, trifluoromethyl or halogen; n is zero or one; provided that when contemporaneously R is a haloacetyl group, R1 is hydrogen and n is zero, R2 be different from a C1-C4 alkyl, useful as active antidotes for protecting cultivations of agrarian interest from the toxic action of non- selective herbicides.
