We thought the small-boat inievtnon had a broader, well established, more tangible and immediate market, while the water-walking shoes product was more of a long shot at undefined target.There were also technical considerations: In order to work properly the shoes' buoyancy (I.E. size) is required to match the user's weight, and that would have required offering the same product in a range of sizes, and a much bigger investment in manufacturing.
