1,5-Benzodiazepine derivatives represented by general formula (1) and drugs containing the same, wherein R1 represents lower alkyl; R2 and R3 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; R4 represents cyclohexyl or phenyl; and n is an integer of 1 to 3. These compounds are useful as remedies/preventives for diseases in which gastrin receptor and/or CCK-B receptor participate.
