ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates, by way of novel industrial products, to 1-(4-aminophenyl)-2- dimethyl-aminopropanone derivatives which are selected from: (a) the compounds having the general formula Image CO-CH(CH3)-N(CH3) 2 (I) in which R is H or CH3CO, preferably in which R is CH3CO, and (b) addition salts thereof. These products are useful as antidepressants. Furthermore, 1-(4-ace- tyl-amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-dimethylaminopropanone and non-toxic addition salts thereof are useful as immunostimulants.
