ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to l-[N-(.alpha.-alkylamino-.alpha.- methylacetyl)aminophenyl]-2-alkylaminopropanones of the general formula: Image (I) in which R represents a C1-C4 alkyl group and R' represents H or a C1-C4 alkyl group, and addition salts thereof. These new derivatives are useful as CNS-active substances, in particular as stimulants and anti-depressants. The invention also relates to the method for their preparation.
