1-[.omega.-(3,4-Dihydro-2-naphthalenyl)alkyl] cyclic amine derivatives represented by general formula (I) and salts and N-oxide derivatives thereof, wherein R1 and R2 represent each hydrogen, halogeno, hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxymethyl, etc., or R1 and R2 form together methylenedioxy, trimethylene, etc.; R3 represents hydrogen, etc.; R4 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, alkyl, etc.; R5 represents hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; p is an integer of from 2 to 6; and q is an integer of from 3 to 7; excluding the case where R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are all hydrogen, p is 2 and q is 5. The compounds have a potent effect of suppressing urinary reflex and thus are useful as a remedy for frequent urination and urinary incontinence.

Dans la formule (I), R?1¿ et R?2¿ représentent indépendamment l'un de l'autre hydrogène, halogéno, hydroxy, alkyle, alcoxy, hydroxyméthyle, etc., ou R?1¿ et R?2¿ forment ensemble méthylènedioxy, triméthylène, etc.; R?3¿ représente hydrogène, etc.; R?4¿ représente hydrogène, hydroxy, alkyle, etc.; R?5¿ représente hydrogène, alkyle, etc.; p est un entier de 1 à 6; q est un entier de 3 à 7; étant exclu le cas ou R?1¿, R?2¿, R?3¿, R?4¿ et R?5¿ sont tous hydrogène, p est égal à 2 et q est égal à 5. Ces composés ont un effet puissant de suppression du réflexe urinaire et se révèle donc utile comme remède contre la pollakiurie et l'incontinence urinaire.
